About me
I am an experienced psycho-therapist. I am dedicated to helping others in whatever burdens may be in their path by offering emotional support by creating a safe atmosphere and environment and believe in the power of the therapeutic process. The clients have the answers, I help them find them find their answers thru self-discovery in finding their truths.
I help adults with depression, anxiety, transitions, grief and trauma. I have experience working with women and women issues including postpartum difficulties and fertility issues. I also work with couples and families by following the Gottman Method. I am experienced with adults with substance abuse and pornography/sexual addiction. I strive to cultivate an environment of safety and connection with my clients to provide support and healing. I believe a safe and open environment encourages change and allows for deeper and greater insight into. I strongly believe the connection with the therapist is what amplifies the treatment.
