I provide a safe and empathetic environment focused on individual empowerment to find healing and growth for people of all walks of life. I use various counseling techniques including cognitive-behavioral, trauma-focused and strength-based approach with an overarching person-centered philosophy. This means that I meet each client where they are in the moment and provide them with a tailored approach to target specific needs based on background and goals.
