About me
I believe everybody needs love, understanding, and compassion. These are basic and essential human needs (even for animals). When life becomes “undone,” sometimes we need help from a professional counselor to help us get back to the road of living a fulfilling life. I feel that with my education along with personal life experiences, I have acquired the necessary tools to help my clients become whole again. Whole means being mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually healthy; I call these the four pillars of life
I focus on divorce recovery, abandonment issues, anxiety, depression, life changes due to work or car injuries, and older clients.
Mediation in therapy – For the preservation of relationships by open communication and problem solving which is an important part of a healthy family. It empowers the participants to negotiate, compromise, and sign an agreement that will hold the participants accountable. Mediation is great for family problems, parent and child issues, and sibling issues.
