Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am an experienced Master's Level Social Worker and work with adults of all ages and backgrounds who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, health issues, and life transitions.
My passion is to guide others toward healing, peace and belonging in their life. I offer a safe and comfortable space to explore issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, health issues and life transitions. My goal is that together we will find places of strength and courage to draw upon while you engage in your work and build resilience and strength along the journey.
Everyone has the capacity to change. Sometimes it may take a short time to relieve symptoms, and sometimes longer-term work is required. I provide a safe and comfortable space to help you explore what is happening in your life, to help you grow and to overcome obstacles. My core approaches are mindfulness, motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Since graduating from the University of Michigan with my Master’s in Social Work, I have gained over 30 years of experience in private practice, community mental health and medical settings. My areas of focus include: Life Transitions; Depression & Anxiety; Coping with Health Issues and Relational Difficulties. Give me a call and we can decide together if we'd be a good fit. I look forward to the opportunity to work together.
