I am a highly skilled, compassionate, and holistic oriented therapist dedicated to providing exceptional care and implementing effective treatment plans with grief/loss, trauma, depression/anxiety, time/life management and stress reduction/management. A dedicated counselor to improving the well-being of clients using the restorative benefits that the natural world provides along with integrative techniques that intertwine with treatment goals that will benefit the client's individual needs. As an effective motivator and communicator, I have an innate ability to establish rapport quickly, diffuse stressful situations, and proactively help to resolve issues.

A nature enthusiast, I help clients to understand the reciprocal relationship that we all have with nature as a catalyst for building resilience, restoring hope and understanding spirituality. My approach is to meet the client where they are along their journey in life and help empower them to put their best foot forward.
