About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker for teens (14+) and adults who want to build healthy relationships with themselves and others. My specialties include Anxiety, Depression, School Issues, Food Allergy Anxiety/ARFID, Parenting, Peer Relationships, and Stress.
As a therapist working with teens and adults, I empower clients by working together to set goals and problem-solve solutions. I can help you through issues including anxiety, depression, food allergy anxiety and management (for food-allergic individuals and/or their caregivers), school issues (including 504 plans and IEPs), parenting challenges, trauma, and more.
From our first phone consult to our last session together, my goal is to develop a collaborative, trusting relationship to help you improve your mood while learning how to navigate the challenges of every day life. I emphasize a solution-focused, skill-building approach and focus on helping you to address the "here and now" problems that you want to solve.
