About me

I am passionate about helping clients arise from life's challenges, stabilize emotionally and mentally, and thrive personally and professionally. While I specialize in serving women, teen girls, leaders, and equestrians, my primary goal is to provide a personalized treatment approach within my scope of practice that meets the needs of any client who desires to work together in their mission to heal and grow.

I approach the healing and growth process with curiosity and compassion, focusing on stabilizing skills while exploring the root issues that may contribute to the presenting problems. With more than two decades of combined experience as a mentor, life coach, and equine-assisted coach and educator, I utilize multiple approaches for moving through anxiety, fear, stress, past and present trauma, grief and loss, college/career transitions, and relational challenges as well as developing leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

Through simplifying the brain-body-relationship connection that shapes mindset and habits, I help clients apply trauma-informed principles and practices to their everyday lives. My goal is to see clients heal from past hurts and develop life skills to improve their overall wellness and performance personally and professionally.

Overcoming a childhood marred by emotional and physical abuse to build a new legacy for my family, I believe transformation is indeed possible. I also understand how challenging it can be to start with a new therapist and equally so in pursuing the deep work. I am here to support your healing and growth at your pace, offering a safe haven for transformation.
