About me
Lisa Gabel is an LPCC and she has obtained additional education in the areas of addiction and substance use disorders as well as trauma-informed care, anger management, and domestic violence counseling practices.
Many individuals struggle with anxiety, depression, panic, and struggle to process trauma. When adjusting to these changing life situations finding healthy coping solutions can be challenging. Many individuals turn to unhealthy coping behaviors to cope with their emotions. As a clinician, I enjoy assisting clients and their families to find healthy coping skills and rebuild and renew their motivation and purpose to create their best life.
