About me
Schizophrenia and related psychotic disorders are my specialty. I offer individual, group, and family therapy for people with Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders. I typically work with adults only.
Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, and other psychotic disorders are my specialty. I've been doing this for 21+ years. I offer help learning to identify and manage symptoms, learn more about relationship skills, emotion skills, and independent living skills. I run a group called "Living with Schizophrenia" that meets weekly for 90 minutes. I offer family therapy to help families learn how to best support their family member with Schizophrenia.
I'm easygoing and friendly. I work well with clients with all levels of functioning. I like to have a mix of fun, learning, and emotional support during sessions. I can help clients and their families find and acquire resources such as social workers, psychiatrists, housing specialists, and vocational rehabilitation specialists. I can help clients apply for disability benefits if they want.
Online (Zoom) sessions are available. I accept most major insurances. I can only see people located in Minnesota, unfortunately.
