About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving a variety of mental health concerns for adolescents and adults. I specialize in helping with trauma, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders so each individual can begin a journey to a healthier life.
Invictus Counseling is my group practice that was created out of recognizing a further need for quality, effective, mental health care. I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices, though I have strong roots in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I maintain a person-centered perspective that views each client holistically so true change can occur during treatment.
I have experience working with those who may be a bit skeptical of treatment or are unsure where their journey may begin or end. Let me help guide you to a healthier lifestyle where you can take control and achieve your goals.
