Linda Reuben, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 32 years. I received my Masters Degree from Adelphi University. My practice follows an eclectic approach where we address long standing behavioral patterns and negative perceptions that may interfere with your experiencing a life that is more fulfilling and meaningful. I am experienced in treating Anxiety, Depression, Relationships/Marital Issues, Parenting Children with Developmental Disabilities and Personal Losses. . My clients find comfort in establishing a meaningful connection with a Therapist that cares and believes in them.
Have you made choices or have had things happen that have negatively affected your life's journey. Although this can be a stressful and painful experience, it can also be a motivator to seek therapy. Through therapy you can experience lasting change, uncover your true potential and discover greater life satisfaction. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that requires the client to have a desire for self-reflection. As a Therapist I will provide a non-judgemental, supportive and confidential environment. In therapy we will explore current and past relationships in order to promote insight, empower you to make better choices and an an opportunity for personal growth. Through this process you will develop more effective strategies for managing stress, anxiety, depression and inner conflicts. Through therapy my clients have the opportunity to relieve these symptoms and create positive change. If you are going through a challenging situation, facing difficult choices or want a new direction I would like the opportunity to work with you to help you achieve your personal goals and to help you back on your desired life's path.
