Linda is an associate marriage and family specializing in trauma, substance use recovery, anxiety, stress, grief, depression, self-worth, relational and life transitions who compassionately works with families, children, couples, and individuals.

As a therapist, I encourage clients to discover and connect with their true selves. I assist others in building success in realistic goal setting. I support people in transforming their relationship with their emotions and thoughts. I believe that learning to understand and change our internal and external worlds helps to clear a path to a more meaningful, fulfilling life with yourself and others. I am a good empathic listener. I don’t assume anything. Through gentle and respectful curiosity, I hope to support and empower others. .

I am passionate about assisting women and others facing phase of life changes in career, family and those who are exploring new meanings and life directions. I have a background in the entertainment industry and performing arts. I understand the complexities and vulnerabilities that creative and other professionals face. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment in order to manage personal challenges and difficult circumstances. My aim is to develop an authentic therapeutic relationship with clients that is collaborative, empathetic, and supportive of their journey toward emotional healing and personal empowerment.

I have facilitated substance recovery and process groups. I integrate cognitive behavioral, narrative, solution-focused, family systems, psychodynamic, mindfulness and meditation. I am trained in Brainspotting for trauma. I believe that everyone has the power to transform traumas, habitual patterns and perpetual cycles into greater awareness, inner peace, and freedom.
