About me
I have robust experience in crisis intervention, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have experience working with youth, families, adults and older adults in intensive outpatient, residential, and shelter.
Are you ready for a change? Are you feeling stuck, bothered, feeling some way, overwhelmed, or just not feeling like yourself? My name is Letriece Johnson, and I am an Associate Clinical Licensed Social Worker, providing access, building resilience and support to the BIPOC community. I am here to help get you to a LYFE REimagined. I have a deep understanding of the disparities, challenges, and barriers associated with marginalized communities. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and self-esteem.
Let's be real - life isn't easy and sometimes we need help. My approach is client-centered, holistic, non-judgmental, and collaborative. Together, we'll set goals, track progress, and celebrate successes. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all; it's about you. You'll gain coping skills, self-understanding, and emotional growth.
If you are reading saying “This is me!”, you are in the right place. After therapy, you'll have the tools and resources to continue your healing journey as a better you. When you are ready to have a LYFE REimagined, let’s connect! I invite you to send me an email to schedule a free 15-minute consultation!
