About me
Experienced Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia committed to treating mental health and addiction.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina and West Virginia. In addition, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina. I am a certified Addiction Counselor and a Substance Abuse Professional. I have over ten years of experience working with patients of all ages. My experiences have afforded me the opportunity to become skilled in offering a wide range of counseling services. Depression, anxiety, OCD, marriage and family, anger management, PTSD, ADHD, Autism, and addiction are some of those areas.
My approach to counseling is holistic. It is my belief that you must look at the entire being to support overall wellness and quality of life. Similarly, my counseling approach is focused on mind, body, and soul. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy are included in my therapies of choice. However, you can be assured that all treatment plans are tailored specifically for individual patient needs.
