I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and Certified Group Psychotherapist with more than 20 years of experience. I provide individual and group therapy for adults (e.g. young adults, undergraduate and graduate students, midlife, older adults) struggling with situational stressors, chronic stress or trauma, anxiety, interpersonal concerns, ADHD, depression, and grief/loss. I am passionate about serving folx who identify as LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and other marginalized identities.

My clients typically describe me as warm and compassionate above all else. I am naturally curious about the experience of others, and I believe counseling is an intentional partnership between the client(s) and counselor. I work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework that emphasizes the client's freely chosen values, exploring patterns of behavior that may keep clients feeling stuck, and learning new ways to managing difficult thoughts and emotions. I incorporate experiential exercises in sessions and offer suggestions for practice outside of session.

I am committed to providing responsible, ethical, individualized care to my clients. I offer free phone consultations prior to scheduling to better ensure my services are a good fit for your needs.

Visit my website at www.veachcounseling.com for pricing. I accept private pay and some in-network insurance. I am able to provide billing information for clients who wish to utilize their Out-of-Network benefits. In-network options for Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. Telehealth sessions are offered via a HIPAA compliant software.
