I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Supervisor, a Board Certified Coach and a Certified IFS Therapist and Consultant. I am dedicated to helping professional women, individuals and parents transform their stress, anxiety, depression, overwhelm and grief and create the life they desire.

I am also a Board Certified Coach and provide Success Coaching services, and seminars on parenting, marriage & relationships and related topics.

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1996. My previous years of clinical experience includes working with children (play therapy), individuals, women seeking to balance career and home, couples and parents. Since transitioning my practice online in June 2021, my specialty areas include working with parents who are seeking a more connected and healthy relationship with their child/ren. I also work with women who are seeking work/life balance which I see as an impossible achievement. No one reaches the bar of work/life balance - I work with women to help you find your life purpose, gain a healthy perspective on living a fulfilling, joy filled life that is in line with your purpose.

It is with compassion and curiosity that I strive to establish a safe, trusting, and collaborative relationship with my clients. I believe you have the wisdom and resources needed for your own healing within you. It is my intention to co-create a safe space for you to explore the parts of yourself that hold burdens and beliefs and connect with your own inner knowing. I am a facilitator of this process and believe that you are the expert and I trust that you know what parts of you need attention and healing. I will assist you in connecting with your own inner wisdom that has all of the guidance you need.

I am also an IFS (Internal Family Systems) Level 3, Certified Consultant and Assistant Trainer. I offer individual and group consultation throughout the year.
