People create change when they feel heard, validated, and are able to adjust their thinking to realize the strength hiding inside of them. What I love about being a therapist is the ability to help people develop skills and examine their thought process so they can address life’s challenges, realize their worth and value, and be able to live again. While my speciality is primarily in anxiety/panic disorders, I work in a variety of areas including creative/entertainment professionals, OCD, LGBTQ+ concerns, and more. Together, we can examine and navigate your concerns and find the next best steps to help you move forward.
While my background stems from a Behavioral and Cognitive approach, my work pulls from an eclectic perspective that utilizes numerous modalities—creating a non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore your concerns. Whatever your reasons for coming to therapy may be, I tailor our sessions to begin where you are at in this moment of life.
Feel free to contact me or check out my website at www.LennyGalloLCSW.com if you’d like to learn more about my specialties or background. We can discuss what brings you to therapy and work out a plan to get you on the path towards leading a more fulfilling life. Currently in-network with most Aetna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United/Oxford plans.
