About me
Relatable therapist that is dedicated to helping adult and student athletes .
Growing up, sports was a big part of my life and still is. I played baseball, basketball, football, and ran track. Unfortunately, I swayed away from playing sports and started spending my time in the streets. After spending 15 years of going through the vicious cycle of street living, bad decisions, and incarcerations I decided to get my life together. I enrolled in school and received my Bachelors in psychology and my Master's in mental health counseling. While going to school I started working out again and training with my kids which led me to be recruited to join the coaching staff of a local football team. I've been with that team for 7 years and have since mentored many students while also conditioning them for football as well as basketball and track. I love sports and the spirit of competition so working with athletes comes natural to me. I understand the issues that affect current and former athletes and I am prepared to help. You do not have to do this alone!
