About me
Every individual is unique, has value, and can benefit from opportunities for self-exploration, and personal integration.
As a therapist, I perceive my role as a professional and educator to provide client support through collaboration. every client has the right to capitalize on the therapeutic opportunity to create and live their own best life, with a right to self-determination and heightened personal awareness .
In seeking more joy we often find ourselves!
The patient's focus, concerns, reports, and goals drive my therapeutic approach since therapy should always be individually patient-centered. Knowledge and awareness building is a continual focus, and collaboration is integral to improving lasting change and desirable outcomes.
Ultimately my therapeutic goal is to inspire and support patients in gaining greater self-awareness, self-monitoring, authentic living, personal agency, and holistic wellbeing.
