About me
I am an experienced therapist who is dedicated to helping children, teens, and young adults cope with anxiety, depression, and anger.
I know looking for a therapist can be overwhelming and exhausting during a time where you may be feeling like you need additional support.
As challenges occur, life becomes stressful and it can be difficult to feel balanced and in control. We can work collaboratively to develop coping skills and strategies for managing distress in your life.
I understand that each person is unique and do not believe in a one size fits all approach in regard to treatment. My approach is centered on what matters most to you! I respect your perseverance in navigating through obstacles of life and welcome the opportunity to help you in that journey.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is an important part of treatment. My style is flexible, empathic, and authentic. I provide a nonjudgmental, collaborative and confidential environment to help you reach your own self-directed goals
With the current climate, it's common to feel anxious, isolated, frustrated, and more. I am offering Tele therapy where you have access to a therapist that fits your needs. I am able to provide after school, evening and weekend hours.
