About me
I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Mental Health counselor who is dedicated to helping adults and children find hope and healing! I also am a Christian counselor and integrate spirituality into sessions when clients are open to this.
I have worked for a number of years in the community Mental Health setting and more recently in private practice. I am experienced in working with clients dealing with numerous issues. However, the largest part of my work is done with clients who have experienced trauma, self -esteem wounds, anxiety, depression and anger management issues. I am an empathetic and compassionate counselor who works with clients to help them find hope and healing through therapy and teaching practical tools to manage life.
