About me
I have been in practice since 1994. I have extensive experience in working with adults, as well as, children & adolescents, trauma work, A&D issues, mood disorders. and more.
In July 2017, I joined Whetstone Valley Stables (see the website) as an Equine Assisted therapist. Working with an equine specialist, Penny Shoup-Noble, we address mental health issues thru groundwork with horses. This is a non-riding, experiential service designed to assist individuals, families, couples, and groups reduce negative impact of mental illness and stress in their day to day lives. This is a great approach if you have tried traditional therapy and are "stuck", have difficulty opening up about your life and feelings, or want to try and different style of mental health therapy.
