I am queer relationship, individual and sex therapist. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, couples & relationship constellations, and teens. I especially love working with individuals and relationships searching for increased connection and intimacy, those navigating desire discrepancy, sexual and gender identity development, and individuals attempting to build healthy attachments, work with grief, and develop increased connection to themselves, their relationships, and pleasure.

I offer a collaborative, holistic, hands-on approach to therapy. I enjoy working with various relationship constellations and adult individuals. I work with a wide range of clients, including LGBTQIA2+ folx, those looking for increased connection in their relationships, those who want to explore their sexuality and enrich their sexual selves, teenagers who are exploring and developing their identities, and families navigating transitions. I recognize that it takes a lot of courage to start therapy. I aim to provide a space for you to feel genuinely heard, understood, and seen – no matter what you are dealing with.

My training includes a wide range of therapy models, and I intentionally tailor each of our sessions to your unique needs. I often use trauma-informed, experiential individual and relational models in our work together.

I believe that everyone deserves to feel whole, integrated, and deeply connected to themselves, their loved ones, and their communities. A calm mind, body, and relationship with others is critical in order to usher relief, joy, and pleasure into our lives and to help balance the struggles of daily life.
