My vision for counseling is to see people and families walk through life’s struggles with the help of others and hope for the future. We are all shaped by the relationships we form and our unique life experiences. The way we respond to those encounters tells us something about who we are. I offer a strengths-based approach when working with individuals, couples and families. My primary areas of focus are marital and pre-marital therapy, family counseling, anxiety, depression, grief, spirituality, parenting, postpartum difficulties and women's issues.
