I would like to first congratulate you on coming this far. It’s not easy finding the person to help you in your journey of healing and self-discovery. Do you struggle speaking up for yourself? Having trouble communicating with your partner? Whether you are grieving, confused, or overwhelmed, I am here to tell you that you are not alone. I believe that you are the expert on you. My role is to work with you to figure out what you want out of life and to help you get there.

I have worked with many types of clients from all walks of life. I work from an empathetic, accepting, and non-judgmental stance in which I affirm and celebrate differences including body positivity, sex/kink positivity, LGBTQIA, ethical non-monogamy, and non-neurotypical identities. I have advanced training in couples therapy, eating disorders, and anxiety.

While starting this journey may be intimidating or scary, remember that you are worthy and deserving of the help you want. You have already taken steps in the right direction towards healing. It would be a privilege to continue this work with you. Let’s start together.
