I am a counselor who works with adolescents and adults helping individuals cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other issues.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) approaches with clients. I believe in a holistic approach. In my practice, small changes made overtime lead to big results!
It's excited for me and my clients to see positive life changes. I offer free 15 consultations by phone to answer any questions you might have before scheduling.
