I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified EMDR Therapist who journeys alongside ambitious survivors of trauma, who are seeking EMDR so that they can find more profound relief and connection within themselves and their relationships.

On our journey together we first build a relationship based on our mutual humanness. Clients know they can curl up on the couch, curse like a sailor, and usually make me laugh with any dark-humored jokes they throw in my direction. This connection we form then transcends us into an observer and explorer relationship. I ride alongside you on their expedition into yourself and your painful experiences. I shine a flashlight on patterns or beliefs that are important, while you do the hard work to dig deep into yourself. As a companion on your journey, I offer support, snacks, and breaks when you need them. Healing is hard, I get that.
