I specialize in grief and loss, stress, and anxiety; whether related to death of a loved one, job loss, divorce, or loss of an expectation. Loss is something that everyone faces at some point in our lives and can often manifest as anxiety, a loss of sense of purpose, a loss of sense of identity. I draw upon a variety of therapeutic tools to help you.
I draw upon over 10 years of experience in life transitions, end-of-life issues, grief, terminal illness, anxiety, and depression. I bring a compassionate, mindful and non-judgmental approach to counseling. Together we will engage and explore your goals, thoughts, and feelings. We will look at ways to increase and empower your resourcefulness and positivity while addressing unwanted behaviors and thoughts. Personal transformation and life transitions can be opportunities for reflection, healing, insight, awareness, and newness, a journey toward health and happiness. During my personal time, I enjoy spending time with my family, nature activities like hiking, bicycling, gardening, or making music and singing.
