I love working with individuals and couples on work-life balance, family planning, stressors, anxiety, parenting, and communication. I utilize cognitive behavioral strategies (CBT) to bring a solution-oriented approach. Together, clients and I address messages and values and brainstorm ways to achieve the goals desired. I also take a holistic approach- emphasizing self care, such as exercise and sleep. Clients have said they find the sessions very calming, insightful and efficient. Often, I will encourage clients to work on things outside of meetings, which allows them to feel like they are working on their goals even between sessions.
