I am an experienced therapist with anxiety, depression, addiction, social anxiety and trauma. I also teach anger management.
interventions depending on the situation. I treat adolescents and adults in Colorado. I have an office in Grand Junction and also do video sessions. I accept most insurances except Medicare and Medicaid.

People are unique! Therefore, I will not provide a cookie cutter approach. I combine the parts of interventions that get results and leave the rest. Treatment is based on an individual's specific situation and needs. I won't assign exercises like journaling or meditation, unless they are specifically requested by you. We will set a goal each week and discuss possible obstacles, progress and setbacks. We'll celebrate attempts, completions, problem-solve any issues, and find your motivation to try again.
I provide treatment with a conversational style, you won't hear "therapist voice" here. I do not discriminate or judge based on race, sexuality, gender, sex, sexual interests or relationship status. I work with clients who take psychiatric medications and those who don't. Your body, your choice. I have too many specialties and clinical interests to list them all. Please feel free to reach out to ask if there is something I haven't included here.
