About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has had the privilege of working with adults and children who have experienced complex trauma stemming from the effects of war, military sexual trauma, domestic violence, and childhood adversities.
Are you struggling to cope or survive a traumatic event that is affecting any or everything around you? Whether you were in a domestic violence relationship in which you don't know where to turn, experienced racial injustice, are a military servicemember who went through a deployment which left you isolated and depressed, I can help. Finding strength means finding a million reasons to smile and laugh when life gives you hundreds of reasons to give up. Isn't it time for you to find more reasons to appreciate how far you have come despite the obstacles that stand in your way?
Within our sessions, you will learn coping tools to help reduce symptoms that are a result of pain and trauma you have experienced. We will explore the feelings, emotions, and behaviors that adversely impact you. Through strategic structural evidence-based techniques, we will transform you into someone who will feel empowered, strong, and confident.
