I am an experienced mental health therapist who is dedicated to helping people cope anxiety, depression, grief and relationship challenges.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I have over 14 years experience in providing mental health and substance abuse treatment to clients. In my private practice, I provide therapy to adults and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger and grief using various therapeutic approaches. I am also a retired U.S. Army veteran of over 21 years of service.
