About me
I love working with teens, adults, and couples. I enjoy helping people build stronger relationships with the people in their lives. I have experience working with a variety of issues such as conflict management (within families and couples), trauma, anxiety, depression, regulating emotions, relationship issues, communication, life transitions, grief, etc.
I have been working with teens and families for almost 10 years with in a school system and foster group home setting. I currently (and for the last 3 years) work with teens, adults, and couples in a private practice setting offering individual therapy, parent sessions, family sessions, and couple counseling.
