I am an experienced therapist dedicated to the emotional wellbeing of all humans struggling to self regulate. Often there are moments in our lives we feel emotional, our minds race, we feel fear and loss; talking to someone can help relieve and clarify how we move through these feelings. Feeling better helps us do better.
I have 20 years of experience working with children and adults in the mental health, school, correctional system, and substance use treatment settings. You can expect a safe , welcoming environment. I offer my clients a non judgmental, safe atmosphere where they can organize their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
