I am trained in a variety of theoretical orientations and do my best to work with you to identify your individual needs and develop a unique treatment plan that fits best for you. I am a big fan of incorporating evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT and out-of-the-box thinking in order to help clients experience relief from symptoms.
