As a therapist, my main priority is to help my clients feel comfortable and accepted while working towards our collaborative goals.
I understand seeking therapy can be an overwhelming experience. I strive to ensure our relationship is a good "fit" by providing an accepting and supportive environment while maintaining a collaborative relationship with my clients. Given every individual, couple, and family are different, I begin the therapy process with a comprehensive assessment to gain a clearer understanding of the strengths, challenges, and needs of each client. Following the assessment period, I collaborate with clients to identify measurable goals that provide structure for the therapy process moving forward.
My clinical experience and training founded in systemic therapy creates a unique perspective and focuses on concerns including communication, conflict resolution, pre-marital relationships, infidelity, relationship stress, parenting, and anxiety. I am a certified PREPARE-ENRICH Facilitator and have experience presenting workshops focused on couples communication and connection for the clinic. In addition to my clinical role, I am also an adjunct faculty member at Arizona State University teaching for the Master's of Marriage and Family Therapy Program.
I am an Independently Licensed Clinical Therapist at the Arizona Marriage and Family Therapy Clinic. Our clinic offers quality services at affordable rates starting at $40/hr, and we have 5 locations throughout the Phoenix area. Please contact us for a free phone consultation. A 24-hour voicemail service is available.
