About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner/Professional Counselor in Nebraska.
After graduating from University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2004 with a Bachelor of Art in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, Kurt moved to Europe to receive French psychoanalytic training. He then received his Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in 2014. Kurt uses an eclectic and holistic approach inspired by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Bowen’s Family Therapy, and the lessons from Stoicism, Eastern philosophical traditions, as well as French psychoanalytic principles. Kurt provides services in office or over telehealth. He does plan on providing in home services again although this is on hold indefinitely due to COVID 19.
