About me
I am a LICSW based out of Spokane eager to support those who are ready to process and grow. I specialize in trauma, mindfulness, and building coping skills. I offer in person for those in the Spokane area and telehealth for WA residents.
My goal is to align with my clients in conceptualizing their goals for therapy and explore what treatment pathways are best for them. I focus on building skills to navigate life and processing the past with my clients. Trauma-informed care and person-centered perspective drive my therapeutic practice. I utilize interventions from a variety of modalities and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT/CBT+), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindful movement, and more. The path to healing begins with our first steps towards guidance and help.
