I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified EMDR therapist. I am passionate about helping people who are dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and self/body image issues by combining talk therapy and EMDR.

Life is full of challenges and you don’t have to face them alone. I enjoy helping people who are experiencing differing levels of depression or anxiety, issues with self worth or body image and/or relationship issues. I am also passionate about helping people to heal traumas, recent or past, big or small. Any mixture of these things can be brought to therapy and worked through, to the extent that you desire. I will work with you to move through whatever you are facing. I believe that you are unique & that the solutions to your life challenges are unique to you, we will find those solutions together.
My passion lies in helping my clients to build self-confidence and a greater sense of peace in their lives by connecting to the core of who they are and dropping thoughts and habits that are no longer helpful. By combining talk therapy with EMDR we can improve the way you feel and relate to yourself, and others, to allow you to live a more fulfilling life.
I believe that you can work through long standing issues big or small and improve your life, your sense of well being and your relationship to yourself and others. It takes courage to come to therapy and share your inner world. I will provide a non-judgmental space to explore your emotional life and heal what needs healing.
