Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a clinical mental health resident therapist with experience helping teens, adults, and senior adults cope with life transitions, anxiety, chronic illness, and trauma.
My specialized training in neurocounseling, incorporates a combination of attachment, mindfulness, brain-body based interventions, with a health and wellness approach to address mental health. I have 10 years of experience working with children, teens and adults, where I specialized in Neurofeedback training and Mental Health Nutrition/Health Coaching. My counseling approach combines Mind-Body therapy, Attachment, Polyvagal Theory, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, and Complex Trauma for a unique approach for those who are looking for something different.
