I am a trauma informed LPC who aims to assist her clients in coping with experiences of trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic mental health experiences in order to find peace and thrive.

I earned a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in addiction at Walden University in February 2022. I have also received a certification in trauma treatment. I am practicing as a LPC in the state of Louisiana. I am a LGBTQ+ affirming culturally sensitive LPC who has worked with couples and individuals of all backgrounds and experiences in group and individual therapy settings working with those who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, addiction and more. I work with people 5 and up.

I view counseling as a very intimate and individualized experience in which you are the conductor in your therapy experience. I utilize a therapeutic alliance with my clients and integrative approach, which incorporates interventions and techniques that are specific to my client.

My goal is to provide you with a safe and productive space to process your unique experiences using Gestalt and person-centered approaches. I strive to aid my clients in finding balance with the use of DBT, identifying desired areas of change with CBT, process trauma with EFT and AIT, and to develop solutions based on strengths and skills while also adding to your toolbox in order to assist you in moving from surviving to thriving.
