I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 7 years of experience. I am passionate about helping individuals struggling with mental health issues or coping with challenging life situations learn to thrive socially and emotionally.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, or are suffering due to unresolved trauma, you are not alone. Sometimes, life is so tough that it can be hard to get out of bed in the morning. Self-care can be difficult. You may feel trapped in a cycle of anxiety where each day is a challenge. Have you experienced hard times? I know it's hard to find help when you have commitments during the day. I offer evening and weekend appointments for your convenience. I specialize in working with PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, mood disorders and autistic individuals who may be struggling with isolation, depression, anxiety, unemployment and social skills. I also enjoy working with couples.
