Kristen Dalelio McLoud, LCSW

I treat a number of mental health disorders, and my specialties include: anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, life transitions, grief and trauma. I also help those who are encountering relationship and general interpersonal challenges. My practice serves individuals located in New York, via a secure, online teletherapy platform.

My focus as your therapist is to help you heal, energize, and become aware of your inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY where I still work and reside. As many psychotherapists might say, becoming a therapist was a calling, rather than just a career path. My life experience and education helped guide my decision to pursue counseling others; providing comfort and tools they need to achieve their goals.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Sociology (summa cum laude) from Adelphi University, and hold a Master's Degree with Honors in Social Work from Touro University. I am a registered LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker); which is a licensed mental health therapist, in the state of New York.
