I have worked with individuals with anxiety disorders since 2015. I understand how debilitating anxiety can be and I love to see the success of the clients that I work with in overcoming their anxiety and taking back their lives. My goal is to give you the tools you need to gradually face your fears and gain the confidence to get back to (or get started on!) the things that you love. We would work together to identify what is driving your anxiety and then find the most effective strategies for you so that you don’t have to feel powerless anymore.
**Incoming Jargon Warning** I primarily use Exposure and Response Prevention (a.k.a. Exposure Therapy or ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which have been found to be the most effective forms of treatment for anxiety disorders.
