I am a certified clinical telemental health provider and certified clinical trauma professional with extended training in trauma and attachment, play therapy, art therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
My integrative approaches are tailored to fit the need of each individual. I often draw from cognitive behavioral techniques used for overcoming negative thought patterns as well as dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and the use of psychodynamics referencing how the past influences the present.
