I've spent over 20 years working with adolescents, adults, seniors and families to improve mental health, build resilience, enhance relationships and move through life transitions.
Whatever your concerns may be, I'll address them with compassion, warmth and humor. I want to really see you and appreciate you for who you are, for the struggles you've faced and the strength you have inside that makes you want to seek help to overcome them. Whether you're a teen or young adult trying to understand the world and your place in it, an adult moving through the challenges of life, an elder facing major life changes, or a family seeking better communication and understanding of one another, I have the tools and experience to help you through. We'll work together to discover the things that are most important to you, then address whatever stands in the way of you living a life that is more fully and wholly an expression of who you are.
