I am a Board Certified and experienced Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to helping adults get past traumatic experiences so they can live their best life going forward.
I offer virtual therapy in Virginia and North Carolina. I am a trauma survivor, US Marine & Air Force veteran as well as a military spouse and mother. I have over 12 years of experience providing psychotherapy and love to work with military, their families and first responders. I provide the following types of therapy; CBT, PE, EMDR, CPT, DBT, IFS, Mindfulness, and Trauma Informed Yoga.
Opening up to a stranger, even a professional therapist, can be scary. I use a collaborative approach to therapy and I will work to earn your trust by offering you a safe space to move toward healing, whatever that may look like for you. We will work together to develop goals and review progress and challenges. We will highlight your strengths and I will encourage you along the way, while never going beyond what you're comfortable with. What do you have to lose? Are you ready to live your best life?
