Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
This therapist holds one or more specialty certifications, you can review their certification within the professional certifications section on their profile.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am an experienced psychotherapist working in the Poughkeepsie area for almost 10 years. I have worked primarily with women and young adults on adjustment, grief, trauma, etc. I am dedicated to helping you find your way! I prefer in person sessions but will do telehealth for the right candidates.
As a social worker I have worked in a variety of settings which helps me to connect well with a diverse clientele. I help individuals through a variety of challenges they may be facing such as trauma, anxiety, depression, life changes, peer relationships, and stress. In my recent years I have been working in healthcare as a supervisor for a local women's program and part time for a busy hospital emergency room. I specialize in helping you find the path to healing from past and present traumas, including birth trauma, and postpartum. I am a lactation consultant, birth doula, and NYS licensed social worker.
