I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) based in Oro Valley Arizona. As a rare Arizona native, I've been working in the behavioral health space for almost a decade helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, and serious mental illness.In therapy, we will work towards a deeper understanding of the mind, body, and spirit connection.
