The only thing certain in life is that there will be change, but how do we find the tools we need to both adapt and embrace that change?
This past 2 years with Covid and other challenges in our lives has tested our capacity to adapt to some of the hardest changes many of us have ever known. As a therapist I will work with you to uncover your strengths in whatever challenges you feel you are facing.
Together we can develop the tools and resources you can utilize through your life. You are not your diagnosis and you deserve a life you can be content with.
